All health assessments are reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals. Completing an assessment does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. Our clinicians reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if it is not clinically appropriate.
Medications are prescribed at the discretion of our registered pharmacists and clinicians. You must follow the prescribed dosage and usage instructions. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Orders are subject to clinical approval before dispatch. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy.
